Obituary for Anna Belle Bogan

n Loving Memory of Anna Belle Bogan

Anna Belle Bogan “slipped the surley bonds of earth to touch the face of God” on the 22nd day of March 2022 at her home. In Compton, California.. Born on July 20, 1933 in Alabama to Gus Parker, Sr. and Lillian Marie Parker.

Anna Belle leaves behind 5 sons. John Bogan, Langston, Bogan, Murray Bogan, Cedric Bodan, and Keith Bogan. 17 grandchildren.

After raising her 5 sons, Anna took up Nursing training and graduated from Nursing school in 1977. Determined to accomplish her dreams set out to buy a home and did. Everything she attempted to do she did and never looked back. It could be said Anna Belle did the right things in life even when no one was looking.

With a caring heart and the passion to give of herself to others Anna Belle chose nursing as a career. Her passion for service and caring extended beyond her duties as a nurse as she was always there to give aid to others with needs. She worked hard in her capacity as a nurse. Anna was a good neighbor, great friend, loyal wife, and more importantly a Wonderful mother.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday March 23, 2023 at The Highlands Funeral Home, 505 E. Williams St.
