Obituary for Anthony Thomas "Tom" Riggs
Anthony Thomas Riggs "Tommy" was born September 30th, 1977 in Texas.
As a child he was always "fixing" something. He was a natural inventor and could build anything. He freely gave of himself to help others. His laughter and smile was contagious to everyone around him.
In 2006 Tom joined the U.S. Army and served his country in Iraq.
His passing came too soon on Monday June 14th, 2021. He was 43 years old.
He is survived by his mother Rose Duncan, father Marion Riggs, siblings Melony, Wendy, Patrick Lorine, cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
